Stand a chance to be 1 of 3 participants to win a share of grand prizes worth R50,000, by participating in the 7Qz website questions competition as described further below and subject at all times to the further terms and conditions of this promotional competition (collectively "Competition")

  1. Promoter: This competition is promoted by Mr Delivery (Pty) Ltd (reg.  no. 1992/004664/07) (“Mr D”, “us”, “we” or “our”). 
  2. Competition Period: This competition runs from 08h00 on the 26 February, 2024 to 23h59 on the 29 April, 2024 (each week a “Competition Week“ and collectively the “Competition Period”). No entries will be accepted after the end of the Competition Period.
  3. Who can enter: You are entitled to participate in this competition if: (i) you are a natural  person who is at least 18 years old and who resides in South Africa; and (ii) it is lawful for you to be awarded the particular Grand Prize. You may NOT participate if you are a supplier of goods or  services in connection with this competition, or if you are a director, member, partner,  employee, agent of, or consultant to Mr D or any other entity which directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Mr D, or if you are any of the aforementioned persons’ spouse,  life partner, parent, child, brother, sister or business partner. 
  4. How to enter: This Competition is run on the 7Qz website (accessible at https://www.7qz.io/). You will need to have a valid 7Qz account PLUS a valid Mr D account to participate. During each Competition Week, you must visit the 7Qz website, navigate to the Varsity Cup league page and answer the 7 questions posed. Each correct answer earns you points which are tallied on a leaderboard after every Varsity Cup rugby match. The more points you earn, the higher you climb on the leaderboard.  
  5. Content of your entry: Your entry may not: (i) contain any foul language, obscenities, defamation, hate speech or any otherwise inappropriate content in our sole discretion; nor (ii) contain any content which may be harmful to Mr D or its associated companies in any way; nor (iii) infringe the intellectual property or other rights of Mr D, its associated companies or any third party. We reserve the right to remove entries which we deem to be in contravention of this section 5. 
  6. How many times you can enter: You may enter this competition as many times as you wish during the Competition Period. Each qualifying entry (completed as described in section 4  above) will give you one entry into the draw.  
  7. Entry fees: There are no entry fees to participate in this competition, and no additional charges involved in acting as set out in section 4 above. 
  8. Grand Prizes: We will select 3 (three) winners at the end of the Competition Period in accordance with section 9 below. Each particular winner will receive the following prizes in accordance with their points accumulated during the Competition Period: 
  • Champion: 1 (one) Huawei Nova 9 128GB mobile phone, 1 (one) Huawei Mate Pad SE touchpad, and 1 (one) Mr D coupon worth R5000 (five thousand Rands) (not transferable nor refundable and may not be exchanged for cash) (“Championship Prize”)
  • Runner-up: 1 (one) Huawei Nova 9 128GB mobile phone, and 1 (one) Huawei Mate Pad SE touchpad (“Runner-up Prize“)
  • Third Place: 1 (one) Superbalist.com coupon worth R5000 (five thousand Rands) (not transferable nor refundable and may not be exchanged for cash) (“Third Place Prize“)

Each a “Grand Prize” collectively “Grand Prizes“. 

  1. Winner: The participant who accumulates the most points during the Competition Period and who has complied with section 4 above will be eligible to win the Championship Prize (“ChampionLeader”).The Champion Leader will be selected in accordance with the leaderboard on the 7Qz website, and such determination will be made by 7Qz on or before Friday 3 May 2024. At the end of the Competition Period 7Qz will reach out to the Champion Leader to obtain consent to share the relevant personal information with Mr D to enable validation and confirmation of compliance with section 4 above. It is only once a Champion Leader’s compliance with section 4 above has been validated will they be considered a winner of the Championship Prize. The participant who accumulates the second highest points during the Competition Period and who has complied with section 4 above will be eligible to win the Runner-up Prize (“Runner-upLeader”).The Runner-up Leader will be selected in accordance with the leaderboard on the 7Qz website, and such determination will be made by 7Qz on or before Friday 3 May 2024. At the end of the Competition Period 7Qz will reach out to the Runner-up Leader to obtain consent to share the relevant personal information with Mr D to enable validation and confirmation of compliance with section 4 above. It is only once a Runner-up Leader’s compliance with section 4 above has been validated will they be considered a winner of the Runner-up Prize. The participant who accumulates the third highest points during the Competition Period and who has complied with section 4 above will be eligible to win the Third Place Prize (“Third PlaceLeader”).The Third Place Leader will be selected in accordance with the leaderboard on the 7Qz website, and such determination will be made by 7Qz on or before Friday 3 May 2024. At the end of the Competition Period 7Qz will reach out to the Third Place Leader to obtain consent to share the relevant personal information with Mr D to enable validation and confirmation of compliance with section 4 above. It is only once a Third Place Leader’s compliance with section 4 above has been validated will they be considered a winner of the Third Place Prize (each a “Winner“ and collectively “Winners”). The Winners will be announced by way of direct message to their Mr D login email address on or before Monday 6 May 2024. We will then reach out via the particular Winner’s Mr D app profile to request their name, surname, email address, ID number, bank letter and telephone number (“Participant Information”). We will make two direct  attempts to obtain such information. Once we have received this information and validated  the particular Winner, we will deliver their particular Grand Prize to the Winner's address as soon as possible, subject to section 10 below. Proof of identity and banking information will be required in order to validate the particular Winner. We will select Winners who have taken the steps set out in section 4 above and who are in compliance with these rules by way of random draw, at our sole discretion. Regarding the application of these rules and the selection of a Winner and their prize in terms hereof, our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with a competition participant other than the particular Winner.
  2. Disqualification of winner: There are certain situations in which a Winner will be disqualified from receipt of their Grand Prize, namely: (i) they fail to give consent to 7Qz to share personal information with Mr D and/or fail to provide Participant Information within 24 hours of it being requested by us for the second time; (ii) they are found to have contravened any other rule set out herein or on the 7Qz website (accessible at https://www.7qz.io/); or (iii) in anticipation of delivery of the Grand Prize, they refuse to or cannot provide reasonably sufficient documentation to verify their identity. In the event of disqualification of a particular Winner, we will be entitled in our sole discretion to select another Winner from amongst the participants. 
  3. Use of participant and winner information: By participating in this competition, you consent to the use by Mr D or a third party nominated by Mr D of your Participant Information, so that your name and surname can be announced as the winner and the Grand Prizes  can be delivered to you, and Mr D can effect its obligations in terms of this Competition. The particular winner may also be asked to permit the use of their image in marketing material, to participate in marketing activities, to permit Mr D the use of the image uploaded in marketing material, and/or be present when the relevant draw is taking place or they are announced as the winner, but they will be entitled to decline to do so. By entering this competition, you consent that Mr D can use your details, the contents of the competition submission / your winning qualifying entry for marketing purposes. 
  4. Unforeseen events: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel this competition (before entries are  received), to change the number or nature of the Grand Prize at any time (on notice to you), or to change the rules at our discretion (provided that we will not change the conditions for participation or conditions for being awarded the particular prize, as stated herein). 
  5. Rules: By participating in this competition, you agree to all the competition rules set out above and the Mr D Terms and Conditions relating to coupons (if applicable, and accessible at  https://www.mrdfood.com/terms), without exception, as well as the Superbalist.com terms and conditions relating to gift vouchers and coupons (to the extent applicable and accessible at https://superbalist.com/terms_and_conditions).
